WEEK 1

First day of class was very lovely I made sure that I had all my work done. I kind of came with an idea of what I wanted to do, days prior  I collected pieces of wire and these cooking sticks from the street. I wanted to create almost some kind of like protective gear in a way. I’m surprised from my outcomes I usually create more street style clothing than gowns and almost couture pieces. I feel happy with my pieces I kind of would like to create something nomadic and something that links to the idea of being “ separated from yourself “ as a woman. I was working more in an organic sense today and was simply just looking back at my research and using pieces of the buildings, pyramids, and the boats. I’d like to approach it in a conceptual sense.
